This past weekend, Event Central Niagara, was fortunate to experience Aussie X!

We installed 8 beautiful engineered white frame tents for this event, and turned it from a empty patch of grass, to a perfect venue.

It was a very busy weekend last week, we had events all over Ontario! We did Hamilton Rentals, Toronto Rentals, and Niagara Rentals!

Event Central was busy over the holiday weekend as tent season is getting underway.

Initially ‘The Loaded Dog’ sports bar had their liquor license temporary extended to the parking lot for huge 40×80 frame tent. Plans got scaled back however, and we ended up covering the patio with a 10×40 frame tent.

In order to ensure that you and your clients get the best possible service and the appropriate equipment for their event, we highly recommend reserving the tents and other related equipment and services as far in advance as possible, especially during the peak months of May, June, July, August and September. This will allow time for planning and troubleshooting to avoid any problems, as well as allow us time to secure all the necessary permits.

Here we are at the Mississauga Convention Centre putting the finishing touches on a 20×20 Traditional Frame tent.  We use 8 water barrels to anchor the tent.  While most rental companies use 4 barrels for a 20×20 frame tent, we use 8 barrels and only charge for 4!  More barrels create a more stable tent.  Safety for you and your guests is a huge priority for us at Event Central.
